1. The Promotion is valid only for bets placed on the English Premier League 2025/26 games taking place from matchday one to four.
2. This reduced commission of 2.5%, applies only to bets settled within this promotion period and does not include delayed matchweeks, games, or outright bets.
3. The Promotion is valid only for the first four matchdays, which are scheduled from Friday, 15 August 2025, until Sunday, 14 September 2025.
4. The special commission rate will officially start and apply from 09:00 CET on August 15, 2025, until 21:00 CET on September 14, 2025 (or the conclusion of the last game on this day – whichever comes first). Any bets placed before this date and time will be excluded from the special commission rate.
5. Sharp Exchange commission only applies to settled winning bets.
6. The special commission rate of 2.5% is applied only to settled winning bets during the first four scheduled matchdays.
7. Excluded from the special commission rate promotion are any delayed games and matchweeks beyond the promotional period, and all outright bets for the competition.
8. The Promotion is open to all registered and verified players of MadMarket as well as new players who sign up during the promotional period, who are at least 18 years of age or of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction.
9. All MadMarket promotional offers are limited to one person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, and the same payment account number.
10. Any form of abuse will automatically lead to cancellation of remaining funds and possible winnings and can possibly lead to an absolute account closure without any further notice or explanation.
11. MadMarket reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim, or refuse any promotion at its own discretion.
12. In the event of there being a discrepancy between the English language version and any other language version, the English language version will be deemed to be correct.
