Signing up to MadMarket<\/h2>\n

How to deposit on MadMarket<\/h2>\n

Once you\u2019re signed in to the MadMarket portal, you can click the deposit option<\/strong><\/a> in the right half of the screen, under the \u2018Wallet\u2019 heading. You can also navigate here from the Wallet page.<\/p>\n

Next you should choose your preferred cryptocurrency and, once done, you will need to make a Deposit to your uniquely generated private Crypto Address, which you should always use when making a deposit with that specific crypto asset.<\/p>\n

Once you request a unique deposit address, this will be generated for you. Copy and paste it into your cryptocurrency wallet or exchange, select your amount and confirm the transaction. How to withdraw on MadMarket<\/h2>\n

Select \u2018withdraw\u2019 when on the wallet page and choose your preferred crypto from the options available, then enter the amount that you wish to withdraw. Following this, paste the crypto withdrawal address and select \u2018withdraw\u2019 to complete the transaction. Once this has been processed, you will receive email confirmation that your withdrawal has been completed and will be in your chosen crypto wallet or exchange.<\/p>\n

Please note that you will only be able to withdraw with a crypto coin that you have previously deposited with, or via Bank Transfer.<\/p>\n

How to make a Transfer from your Mad Market Account?<\/h2>\n

There are two types of transfers that you can initiate from your Mad Market Account once you have an available deposited amount.\u00a0Should you wish to transfer from your MadMarket wallet to to a product account, click \u2018Transfer\u2019 and select\u00a0 the amount from the preferred wallet currency and the product where you want to make the transfer. If you wish to transfer funds from a product account back to your MadMarket wallet, then click on \u2018transfer\u2019 and select from your chosen product (account) the amount to send back your Wallet.<\/p>\n

What is the minimum Deposit & Withdrawal amount?<\/h2>\n

The minimum amount you can deposit to Mad Market is 50 EUR, with no fees on your Deposits.<\/p>\n

The minimum transfer amount to a product account is 50 EUR, while the minimum withdrawal amount is 50 EUR as well for all crypto payment assets. Regarding withdrawals, there is a 2% fixed crypto fee. Apart from this fee, you have one free withdrawal within 30 days period. If you make a second withdrawal in 30 days period you will have an additional 2% fee on your withdrawal.<\/p>\n
